Great advice. I’m a big fan of incrementalism. It’s one of the few isms that makes sense, actually works, and doesn’t result in mass murder or economic upheaval.

I’m a perfectionist but getting better at being more ‘chill’ these days 😂… I like to find joy and happiness wherever and whenever I can - so totally concur with the advice here 🤗👍🏻…. Oh and I’m gluten free. So seriously - what’s the deal with these free muffins?! …
